Featured Artists

The Durst Début Series artist, Clarinetist Sarah Beaty is both a passionate performer and teacher of music. Alongside duo partner Sam Armstrong, Sarah has given her recital debut at London’s Wigmore Hall and Royal Festival Hall, Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall, and New York’s Weil Recital Hall. Sarah has performed at Italy’s Spoleto Festival, the Lucerne Festival, the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, and currently attends the Marlboro Music Festival in Vermont and Prussia Cove’s Open Chamber Music in the UK. Sarah was a student of Charles Neidich at The Julliard School and is currently a fellow of the Academy at Carnegie Hall, through which she teaches at Public School 46.
